This viral video from 2010 popped into my head randomly today. I can’t find any additional information on it, but that’s part of its charm. The video is shot ala Blair Witch Project: low-resolution cellphone footage from the back row at an outdoor drag lip-synch competition in the Philippines. You get the feeling that you’re seeing something you shouldn’t…police footage or a relic found in the attic.

The performance is pure creativity and twisted fun. The improbable combination of Whitney Houston’s mega-hit “I Will Always Love You” and The Exorcist is surprising, giddy, and genuinely scary.
